The Kailash Yatra by Helicopter from Kathmandu with Inner Parikrama is a special pilgrimage designed for foreign travelers who wish to visit Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar in Tibet with a shorter travel duration. This route combines flights, helicopter transfers, and road journeys, allowing pilgrims to reach the sacred region more comfortably compared to traditional overland routes.

Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu (or Lucknow) where your spiritual journey begins. After reaching the airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel for check-in. In the evening, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple to witness the divine Pashupatinath Aarti ceremony. During dinner, the tour leader will conduct a briefing session explaining the pilgrimage program and travel guidelines.After breakfast, visit Pashupatinath Temple once again for darshan and continue to Jal Narayan (Budhanilkantha) Temple, famous for the reclining statue of Lord Vishnu. Later in the afternoon, transfer to the airport for a short flight to Nepalgunj. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax for the evening.-

Early in the morning, board a flight to Simikot, a small Himalayan town located in the Humla district. The flight offers beautiful views of the mountains. Upon arrival, spend the day resting and acclimatizing to the higher altitude-

After breakfast, take a helicopter flight from Simikot to Hilsa, which is located near the Nepal–China border. From Hilsa, take a short walk across the border where you will complete immigration formalities. After meeting the Tibetan crew, drive to Taklakot (Purang) in Tibet for your overnight stay.-

After breakfast, begin the drive toward the sacred Lake Mansarovar, located at an altitude of about 4,500 meters. Upon arrival, pilgrims may perform religious rituals such as pooja, meditation, hawan, and a holy bath in the lake. The circumambulation of the lake (Mansarovar Parikrama) will be completed by vehicle.-

Booking Conditions
- According to the regulations of the Foreign Exchange Center, a single travel permit is issued for each group participating in the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. To process this permit smoothly, a complete list of all group members along with clear passport copies must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the planned arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal. Providing these documents in advance helps ensure that the permit is issued on time
- Participants must also ensure that their passport is valid for a minimum of six months from the intended travel date. After arriving in Kathmandu, travelers will be required to submit their original passport, which is necessary for the processing of the Tibet group visa.
Important Information
- The travel permit is issued only for the specific individual listed in the application
- If a participant cancels the Yatra, the permit cannot be transferred to another person.
- Replacement of one traveler with another after permit issuance is not permitted.
- In case of cancellation by a participant, applicable cancellation charges will apply to that individual.
Cancellation Policy
- If a pilgrim cancels the tour 45 days before the departure date, 75% of the total payment will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before departure, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
- If the tour is cancelled 15 days before the departure date, no refund will be provided.
- All cancellations must be made in writing, and applicable deductions may apply according to the permit and processing costs.
